The first Last Will and Testament is very basic, in another section on a Will you can download and print this Will and as long as it is witnessed, signed by two witnesses, then, it is lawful in most countries.

We do not recommend this basic Will as they should be written by professional people recognized in law, but if you are not willing to do anything else, it is still a lot better than nothing.

The second and third Last Will and Testament are more complex, but still laid out in simplistic terms, so the non qualified person can read them.

The fourth and fifth Last Will and Testament are from famous people who although we believe are accurate we take no responsibility if they are true and correct.

We would like to point out the similarity of these last two Wills as they do not go into specific assets that the deceased owned or their value.

One of the main reasons that people do not make a Will, is because they think they have to disclose very private information to a lawyer or third party when it is written. This is not true or correct!

If a client does not wish to disclose such information then they do not need too. All a Will needs to say who you want your assets to be left too.
